What a fun, fun mail day! Three goodies to share today!

First up, I received this gorgeous pillow cover from the very talented Victoria Gertenbach. I was inspired by a visit to my friend Michelle’s house over the weekend where she has this beauty hanging in her house. I’ve always admired Victoria’s shop and after seeing her work up close and personal, I knew I wanted a bit of it for myself. Her wavy stitch work is just a-mazing! (Psst! My Jet Blue calendar arrived today! With just a few days to spare to enjoy the infamous month of January. Thank you Frank and Ashley for sending me copies. I’m truly proud to have worked on this project with you both. You helped inspire me to new levels.

We got three (!) They Might Be Giants CD/DVDs(Here Comes the Science, Here Come the ABCs, and Here Come the 123s). Truth be told, I am not a huge music lover. And I’m definitely not a fan of children’s music. But I do love They Might Be Giants from well before I had kids. This is music we can all enjoy and I love the fun educational spin they put in their lyrics. These DVDs are particularly nice because the animation is so inspiring.
